Warranty
Thank you for purchasing a Black Mamba Guitar.
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship for 5 years under normal use and maintenance.
During this period Carles Bellet Menéndez will repair or replace, at no charge, defective parts or finish damages, including the costs of the work, materials and shipment.
Carles Bellet Menéndez reserves the rights to use materials regulary utilized at the time of the repair in the event that the original are no longer available.
If no warranty work is required, a quotation will be sent to the client and this must be approved by him before carrying out the repairs.
THIS WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID FOR THE ORIGINAL OWNER (If the product is sold to a third person, the warranty loses validity).
What does this limited warranty not cover?
- Defects
caused by accident, normal use, misuse, material deformations caused by
humidity or abrupt change of temperature. - Modifications
on the product. - Rapairs
from unauthorized people. Under warranty Carles Bellet Menéndez is the only
authorized person to do repairs or modifications. - Any damage caused during the shipment period.
- Any
electronics installed after a period of a year . - Bad
adjustment of the guitar like low action (lower than the recommended for Black Mamba guitars & basses) , wrong gauge of the strings or any configuration that is not normal
for the product. - Discoloration
of the finish or crackings in the finish
or wood (humidity or temperature). - Damage
caused by natural disaster. - Theft
or loss of the product.
What to do to use the warranty
To obtain
warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the `problem and the
most appropriate solution for you.
When the repair is accepted , the product should be prepared following all the
instructions to get a good and effective package. (package costs will be paid
for the client, shipment don’t). We recommend keeping the original package.
